Site power
List voltage, frequency and phase, or state that grid power is unavailable.
Start with the power available at the worksite. Then compare usable mixing capacity, mobility, packed dimensions and weight before choosing a model.
SHUNGONG currently lists SG120S and SG140L as electric mixers. SG350D is the engine-driven option and can use an air-cooled gasoline engine or a water-cooled diesel engine. Every voltage or engine choice should be written into the quotation and order.
The table uses the current public product data. It does not replace written configuration confirmation.
| Model | Power | Drum capacity | Mixing capacity | Packed weight | Use this fact to decide |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| SG120S | 220 V / 380 V · 1000 W · 50 Hz | 4.2 cu ft / 120 L | Not separately listed | 51 / 46 kg | Confirm that the site supply matches the stated voltage and frequency. |
| SG140L | 110 V / 220 V · 550 W · 50 Hz | 4.9 cu ft / 140 L | 3.9 cu ft / 112 L | 54 / 50 kg | Confirm that the site supply matches the stated voltage and frequency. |
| SG350D | Air-cooled gasoline engine or water-cooled diesel engine | 12.3 cu ft / 350 L | 9.9 cu ft / 280 L | 280 / 264 kg | State gasoline or diesel in the enquiry and confirm the engine configuration. |
Sending these facts reduces follow-up questions and configuration mistakes.
List voltage, frequency and phase, or state that grid power is unavailable.
Use mixing capacity when it is listed; do not treat total drum capacity as working output.
Compare wheels, packed size, machine weight and how often the mixer will move.
For SG350D, state gasoline or diesel and request written confirmation.
Choose an electric model when the working voltage is available and matches the machine. Choose an engine-driven model when grid power is unavailable or unsuitable. Then compare mixing capacity, mobility, packing and weight.
SG120S and SG140L are the current electric models. SG120S is listed for 220 V / 380 V and SG140L for 110 V / 220 V. Confirm voltage and frequency before ordering.
SG350D is available with an air-cooled gasoline engine or a water-cooled diesel engine. The selected engine configuration must be confirmed in writing before ordering.
No. Capacity must be considered with site power, access, handling, batch requirements, packed size and weight. A larger machine can add transport and handling demands.
Start with local fuel availability and access to maintenance for the chosen engine. Fuel type alone does not establish lower consumption, noise or total cost.
