Material and batch
State what will be mixed and the required amount per batch.
Separate total drum volume from stated mixing capacity, then match the batch requirement to site power, movement and transport conditions.
Drum capacity describes total drum volume. It should not automatically be treated as usable batch output. SHUNGONG currently lists a 112 L mixing capacity for SG140L and 280 L for SG350D. The current verified SG120S data lists 120 L drum capacity but no separate mixing-capacity figure.
No estimated or calculated batch outputs are added where source data is missing.
| Model | Drum capacity | Mixing capacity | Drum diameter | Power | Full data |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| SG120S | 4.2 cu ft / 120 L | Not separately listed | 19.7 in / 500 mm | 220 V / 380 V · 1000 W | Product page → |
| SG140L | 4.9 cu ft / 140 L | 3.9 cu ft / 112 L | 22.4 in / 570 mm | 110 V / 220 V · 550 W | Product page → |
| SG350D | 12.3 cu ft / 350 L | 9.9 cu ft / 280 L | 31.5 in / 800 mm | Air-cooled gasoline engine or water-cooled diesel engine | Product page → |
State what will be mixed and the required amount per batch.
Estimate batches per day and expected working hours.
List available power, access width, ground conditions and movement frequency.
Provide quantity, country, port and any packing requirements.
Drum capacity is the total internal volume of the drum. Mixing capacity is the stated working batch volume and is the more useful figure for planning a batch.
No. The current verified SG120S data does not list a separate mixing capacity, so its 120 L drum capacity should not be presented as working batch output.
SG140L is listed with 112 L mixing capacity. SG350D is listed with 280 L mixing capacity. Final configuration and working conditions still need confirmation.
